Lauree ad Honorem in Fisica a B.C.

L'Università di Bologna
conferirà la Laurea ad Honorem in Fisica al Prof. Sheldon L. Glashow
dell'Università di Boston, Premio Nobel 1979 per la Fisica, e al Prof. Barry
C. Barish di Caltech, attuale Direttore del Progetto Mondiale Linear
Collider.
La cerimonia è aperta a tutti: siete cordialmente invitati.
In tale occasione, oltre
alla Cerimonia di Conferimento delle Lauree, sarà organizzato un workshop su
"Beyond the Standard Model" che si terrà nella Sala Ulisse dell'Accademia
delle Scienze di Bologna, via Zamboni 31.

Caltech and Leader of the International Linear Collider Project and to
Prof. Sheldon L. Glashow of Boston University, Nobel Prize in Physics 1979.
